I cant believe the trauma this company has put me through! I have literelly been in tears. This company has 0 respect for it customers, 0 manners & 0 communication. I purchased a watch via their website which cost €11,500. I contacted them numerous times with only 1 response "Hello Mrs. Gilligan, thank you for your inquiry. The email received we are waiting for the payment." I continued to contact them to receive "your shipment was delivered on friday". I did not receive anything despite being home. There was no confirmation of payment nor any notification of dispatch they literally just ignore you. Eventually I was bluntly told to contact FEDEX myself even though I already had and was told they cant give me information because I am not the account holder. 2 weeks of daily phone calls later with 0 help or response from Ralph Eupen FEDEX sent me an Email confirmation that they had delivered to the wrong address due to a barcode error. This was also forwarded to Ralph Eupen. Ralph Eupen refuses to help and have threatened me with solicitors they also refuse to give me the serial number of the watch so I can put it on the watch register. To this day the update on their website still says processing! Today I received a refund from my bank.
