Avoid Kaiser Yachting - They are dishonest... Our family booked a sailing boat for one week through Kaiser Yachting (Tin) from charter operator Aquatoria, last August (2020, Elan 45.1 at Pirovac marina). We had pre-paid to Kaiser a 400€ "comfort package" several weeks before boarding. When checking-in at the dock with Aquatoria, they billed us again for the same comfort package, which we only realized after leaving the dock. Tin from Kaiser Yachting personnally assured us over the phone that he would reimburse the package, and that it was unnecessary to get the reimbursement from Aquatoria when returning the boat. However, despite multiple reminders over 6 months, Kayser never paid the money back. We also contacted Aquatoria, who did not solve the problem either. Hopefully, sharing this experience here will avoid for others to be abused, like we were... That being said, the boat was fine.
