Shocked to hear that when my appliance broke within a month they tried to weasel their way out of the warranty. No good faith or professional standards, purely tried to argue the small print over a clear manufacturing defect.
Appalling customer service and will not be using them again, a price premium without the customer support, might as well go for Bosch, Smeg or Miele.
