The web site gave clear infomation about the product, the feedback on the purchase was prompt. However the freight company was a little confused as the package was sent from Seaford to Canberra then on to Sydney, then returned to Melbourne, before being fowarded to me in Warrnambool Victoria, an extra few days of unnecessary transport.
