I tried to order a dress online but phoned because I couldnt process the order without giving my date of birth which I was not happy about for my own security
I was told this was for Their security reasons. Why?? For my security I was not willing to do this, having given all my other details, card details etc. I was left on hold for 4 minutes. At a cost of 17p a minute. Then was told that unless I gave my date of birth I couldn’t order. For this reason I would not buy from this company and am glad I found out how unhelpful they are before doing so
