Ich habe erst im zweiten Versuch jemanden telefonisch erreicht. Ihre KI konnte mir mit ihren Standardantworten nicht helfen. Es ist schon frustrierend wenn man sich über das Telefon einwählt, sein Bedürfnis mit Nummern beschreibt und schließlich erfährt, dass man außerhalb der Dienstzeiten anruft. Es war Freitag 14:00 Uhr, wo doch eigentlich jemand erreichbar sein müsste. Aber in NRW war Feietag (Allerheiligen). In NDS ist das kein Feiertag.
