Nach 4 Tag hiess es noch immer, dass das Paket erst der Post übergeben werden muss. Es hat mich sehr enttäuscht, dass ich keine Möglichkeit hatte persönlich mit jemandem in Kontakt zu treten. AI- Chats können diesen Service nicht ersetzen. Die persönlichen Mails dauerten in diesem Fall zu lange.
Ich würde mir eine Telefonnummer wünschen an die man sich wenden kann.
