Finde es ein bisschen umständlich, dass man Ware, die man im Geschäft gekauft hat, nicht online umtauschen kann. Bei mir war z.B. mal ein Reißverschluss kaputt, hatte den Rucksack im Urlaub gekauft und habe keinen Store in der Nähe. Musste dann warten bis ich zufällig mal wieder in einer Stadt mit Store war.
