Terrible Experience – A Gift That Isn’t Really a Gift
I had a horrible experience with this company. I purchased a €150 gift card to celebrate my girlfriend’s birthday, thinking it would be a thoughtful and convenient present. However, when she tried to use it, we discovered a ridiculous restriction: the gift card can only be redeemed if at least one item in the cart exceeds its total value.
This completely defeats the purpose of a gift—why should the recipient be forced to spend additional money just to use it? To make things even worse, my girlfriend’s cart already exceeded €150 with two products, yet she still couldn’t proceed with the purchase because of this absurd rule.
I honestly can’t understand the logic behind this—the money has already been spent. This seems like nothing more than a sneaky and poorly thought-out strategy to force customers into spending more. But in this case, it just creates frustration rather than encouraging more purchases. Now, my girlfriend has to wait until she finds a single product that meets this arbitrary condition, which is extremely limiting since very few items actually cost more than €150.
This was supposed to be a convenient and enjoyable gift, but instead, it turned into a frustrating and restrictive experience. Absolutely terrible. I would never recommend buying a gift card from this company.
