but customer service and the purschase experience is awfull. you do not respect my money, my time nor want to show any good will when your campagnes can differ more than 50 euros within less than 2 weeks and you do not want to compensate customers that purchased from you but instead make them have to return fully functioning products that impact enironment, take time from your new customers and in the end risk loosing a new customer due to your way of supporting in customer service. this might be the worst experinece i have had.
