I received the Lisbon Duffle Backpack in time and everything was perfect, except the fact that was missing the handle that holds together the 2 laces in the bag configuration. I tried to ask if was possible to received just the handle, but looks like has to be sent back the entire bag to be checked, and I don't think it worth it to make a complete return since the functionality isn't compromised. Still I would have preferred to receive just the missing part but seems no possible. Other than that, I own more than one model of backpacks from Kapten & Son and I really like the good quality and materials they have.
