Da ich die Tasche dringend gebraucht habe, hatte ich diese mit DHL Express bestellt. Ich habe die Tasche am 07.04. 25 um 10:30 Uhr bestellt. Ich habe angenommen dass diese am selben Tag noch per DHL Express ihr Haus verlässt. Leider wurde die Tasche erst am 08.04.25 Nachmittag versendet sodass ich diese nicht mehr pünktlich erhalten habe. Mir wurde auf meine Anfrage geschrieben dass es 2-4 Werktage dauert bis die Tasche ankommt. Da hätte ich mir die Kosten für die Express Lieferung sparen können.
