From your website, to booking an appointment online, you rang me ahead of the appointment, as I was travelling interstate, you welcomed my 5 friends, let me try on beautiful gowns, gave us tips on the best places to eat in Melbourne, guided me on the purchase process, arranged fittings in another state and made the whole thing happen in time for my special day. The dress was way over my expectations in terms of fabric and fit. I have never had so many compliments. My only regret was that I didn’t thank you soon enough but then we all know what happened in 2020!
