I absolutely adored my KWH gown - i wore the lou lou Elizabeth and it was everything i dreamed of and more! I felt so confident in my gown and made me feel beautiful. The experience at KWH was exceptional and the reason i bought my gown. The entire team have been so lovely and amazing to work with. I thought i had found my dream dress somewhere else, but i hadn't had a great experience at the store - the moment i walked in to KWH and was greeted by Jazz i felt so loved - she was so excited, genuine and listened to me and what i liked in a gown. She was not rushed, poured the bubbles and my mum and i left on such a high i knew i was going to order a KWH gown. I went back the following weekend and decided on my dress and it was such a highlight of the entire wedding process. Whenever someone would call from KWH they were so lovely and genuine - the customer service is by far the best i have experienced. They are so accommodating! I decided half way through after seeing a new corset come out i needed to have it and changed my top - it wasn't out yet but the girls made it happen so i could have the perfect dress only a few months out from my wedding. Even through to my final fitting was such an amazing experience and i could not have been happier with my dress or the customer service. The team is genuinely so happy for you, don't rush you, let you try on everything and make the whole experience incredible. I could not recommend them enough! I am still on such a high from the whole experience.
