I visited KWH Melbourne back in January after many positive reviews. I was left feeling fairly disappointed. It was incredibly crowded/busy, often having to share mirrors with other brides trying on dresses. The girl who helped me was lovely, however she didn’t offer to help me get in/out of dresses - which for some dresses, was quite a struggle. I also found the space itself fairly dirty - bits of material and leaves on the carpet, lounges with stains, etc. Just really not what I imagined. I also got a random email after leaving my appointment with a receipt and card details from my “dress purchase” which turns out was some other bride - and it was accidentally emailed to me.
