Item i ordered was sent in the wrong colour, I ordered pink and it arrived in black.
Was a xmas present for my niece so was a pain to sort the refund and purchase new present.
Whilst the refund process itself was simple, I paid for delivery on the initial purchase which was not refunded. I also had to pay to send the item back, so overall was left out of pocket.
