I paid 4.99 for delivery to sports direct, picked the trainers up and when I got home I found two different trainers in the box. One trainer was also dirty. I now don't have the running shoes I need for next week and will not get a refund until I have returned the trainers. I also have to pay for return postage at my own cost so I am paying around £10 for someone else's mistake and being inconvenienced as well. The box should have been properly checked. I love Karrimor products but I would be reluctant to buy online again after this experience
