I live in Hong Kong and I bought 5 Items on 17/4 night and received on 21/4 morning. That's quite a satisfactory speed. HOWEVER, the product should be checked in well condition before mailing. One of the items is a 2 L hydration bladder, the screw mount on the bladder is DEFORMED, and there is no way to screw the duct into the bladder. See the attached photos.
Obviously, exchange or refund is certain. But the problem is I have to pay the return international mailing fee which may equal to the discounted value of this bladder, which means I may need to pay more than the original price to buy a product, that make me very hesitated to do it. Please let me know if there is any other way the get exchange this product.
