Address label was wrong and the courier had to send the parcel back to yourselves to re-label which resulted in us paying for a wasted "next day service charge". The original label read :- James and then the post code KA4 8PA. Now, I know that these couriers are quite smart people but how was he supposed to deliver a parcel with only that amount of info on it. As a result, he had to send it back to Karrimor which resulted in a parcel for next day delivery arriving 2 working days later. Not a good impression for a first time user of your service.
