walking shoes (size 11) smaller than previously bought (ordered on line due to previous experience over years so my size should fit!). Also walking sandals delivered not the sandals ordered - advertised with a soft sole but actually hard plastic. Price paid different to that on the box. Offered 'credit note' minus postage cost, despite unhappiness with the products (both) or having to post and apply for refund. all in all, 15 years buying Karrimor but likely last time. Principally quality reduced (size for one not accurate) and service purposefully obstructive.
