Here's what went wrong for me:
I opted to pay £9 for expedited shipping, a service not provided. (it took your courier 3 days just to fetch the item after you processed it, and it still hasn't arrived.)
Yesterday I sent you a message requesting a refund. In your reply you simply ignored this request. So I have had to send a second e-mail (no reply so far).
Your customer service doesn't provide a phone number. That's simply not good enough.
You claim to offer an order tracking service but unless you created an account there is no way of accessing this.
