Was a little irritated with the service. I ordered the wrong colour bag. Was told I could exchange it at a sports direct. The exact same bag was more expensive at the sports direct and they weren't willing to price match, despite owning karrimor! After being pleased about the value of the original product I was disappointed to have to pay more.
