Hi, I ordered items from you on Wednesday 12th Nov 2014 and I chose the next day delivery (5.99) being Thursday 13 Nov and I didn't receive my goods until Saturday 15 Nov. I had no contact from Yodel (the delivery people) or yourselves to tell me about late delivery. I have bought various items from you now but I wasn't impressed with the communication between yourselves and myself. Regards Miss T Williams.
