Not happy. I ordered a coat in the wrong colour and realised as soon I had received a confirmation email. Within 6 minutes of receiving this I cancelled the order. Hours later I was told it was too late to cancel the order as it had already been dispatched. I was also told that all I had to do was refuse the order to the courier. This assumes I have nothing better to do than sit and wait for an unspecified day and an unspecified amount of time for a courier to deliver said item. Being that I work and have school runs.. oh and a life, this proved impossible and I missed the delivery by an hour. I was unable to find any contact number and my email complaining about this wasn't answered. I now have a coat that I have to pay postage for to return. Will not buy from again.
