On the 7th of September, I made an order for a Karrimor Urban 30 ruc 00 Sulphur for delivery to Milan, Italy. I gave clear and full delivery instructions to my office building that has a porter. Bartolini the associate courier of DPD said they could not deliver as in adequate address this is not true, they also had my mobile phone number. I have contacted repeatedly Bartolini to get the parcel delivered, they say Karrimor have to approve this, Karrimor customer service just sends out computer generated replies and no authorization occurs. Karrimor is a great British brand that is let down, I am very saddened by the poor/non-existent customer service of this Sports Direct brand.
