Order dispatched but never received. Courier said they had delivered to our safe place, but nothing there. Turns out they delivered to a different address. After a lengthy process of communication with Karrimor (Sports Direct) they advised the parcel was lost and asked if I still wanted the products. I did and they placed another order, only to then receive notification that the products I ordered were now not in stock. The communication with Sports Direct was good, but the couriers they use (Hermes) were terrible.
