I've had several pairs of Karrimor footwear products over the years, always bought on the high street in various UK towns/cities, and I can't fault the quality but with no stockist locally and an immediate need for laces, I turned to mail order. The laces were dispatched by courier when Royal Mail would have been much cheaper and faster. I now note a 'sale' label on the product pricing them at 99p per pair but have been charged £2.99 per pair plus £4.99 delivery. So great products but poor customer service from this particular supplier.
