Would have scored 5 stars for the trainers having had them previously. Marked down two stars because the trainers were delivered in a box proudly announcing they were half price. I had paid the full price and customer service refused to honour the discount. Obviously within their rights, but not a positive experience to feel you have effectively been fleeced.
