Quick delivery but very disappointed to see that the item purchased using a 10% discount, so was charged £66 for trainers, turned up in a box that showed it as being marked down to half price, £39.99, if I had gone through the outlet that sent the item instead of directly through karrimor. Unable to file complaint online regarding this as system keeps rejecting the form so have had to write a complaint & post it!
