The star is only for the prompt delivery. The product is good but customer service not. I've sent you several email after I placed the orders (3 by error). When I try to buy the goods I had several errors after I entered the details and I end up with 3 orders (each one with a fast delivery charge of 8£). Until now not an answer from customer service team, even if I send few emails exactly once I realised the error and asked to keep only one order... of course no one read it. Next time I will by from ebay or amazon or anywhere I can have chance to cancel the order prior to be despatched. Very unhappy 🥺
