Dreadful interaction. Firstly, i wasn’t aware that click&collect in store meant that i had to wait for the goods to be delivered to the store (and not, collect them from the stock in store), and then when they arrived the wrong shoes were in the box; the box showed that the goods were on special offer FOR LESS THAN HALF what I have paid for them, AND now I have a TWO WEEK’S wait for them to be swapped out! All of this on the hottest days of the year, and I am in shoes and socks!!!
