I expected more from the new providoor. The chicken and meatballs dish was really great and at the level I'd expect. Everything else was pretty average and either overly salty or sweet. The mac & cheese had way too much pancetta in it, I had about five pieces minimum to every bite. The potato gratin lacked flavour, for something at 'chef' level I'd expect at least basic flavouring like garlic and a herb. The donut pie thing was worse than what I'd find at a grocery supermarket freezer section. It was so sweet and even cooking double the time had raw chewy awful bits to it. The worst desert I've had in recent time.
