At a time where the to-do list is long, the path unfamiliar, and the impact of losing a loved one sending me wave after wave of emotion, one thing I didn’t have to worry about was the perfect urn arriving in time for our memorial service. It was later in the evening her time, I was so appreciative and even made a joke about such exceptional customer service. The truth is, Kate taking the time to personally have a short conversation about my shipping concerns, and share a brief laugh really meant the world to me - we received the urn and it is beautiful. I’m so thankful for her kindness and the relief MM’s customer support provides. It was a charming moment at a time that I really needed one. Kudos to the team and their compassionate leader.
