Would have to be the worst shop experience of my life , like others on here waited weeks and weeks for orders to arrive, some goods still outstanding from November last year, did returns as required by them , paid for I might add and have not received refunds, I to get multiple automated messages, some late st night , I’ve made several personal phone calls, and was told refunds would be in my account in 24 hours twice in two weeks now , still nothing, I have even emailed Mosaic Brands directly with no response. I’m astonished that this could be going on in Australia. Something needs to be done about this company. I wish I had read reviews before I purchased. Whatever you do shop elsewhere, I certainly will.
