DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!!! I am writing this review in the hope I prevent your loved one being in this stressful situation... The customer service is truly disgraceful! My elderly, disabled father went without meals for 2 weeks by the errors of their staff! Instead of showing empathy, responsibility & ownership for their wrong doings they asked my father to wait a 3rd week because it was too far to drive out to his house for a single delivery. To be so heartless even after they had failed to deliver not once but twice & knowing all to well my father HAS NO FOOD & UNABLE TO FEND FOR HIMSELF!?! I was finally hung up on over the phone when they had enough of constantly interrupting & talking over me as I did my best to resolve the matter. This was on two occasions by two different staff members, one of them going by the name of Paul. (If that really was his name?) I am left speechless how a business like this could be running in an industry where they are responsible for the caring of the elderly & disabled community!? I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN KATRINA’S KITCHEN! YOU TRULLY SHOULD BE ASHAMED!!!
