My wife had the misfortune to have an accident yesterday, Direct Line contacted Green Flag who arranged for the car to be retrieved by a lift truck from Kavanagh within 2 hours.. Phil the driver signed the official work sheet and he took over.. they have kept in touch, very effecient service.. JAO
