My car broke down on the evening of 19th January, on a busy roundabout on the M20, and I called Green Flag. Kavanagh Motors mechanic, Philip, GFR197, arrived within half an hour and gave my gear linkage a temporary fix to get me home. He diagnosed the fault immediately, was competent and speedy in putting things right and explained everything to me as he went along. He advised me to have the repair done properly at a garage as soon as possible. He also made sure I was safe whilst out of my car and, afterwards, assisted me in safely rejoining the traffic.
