On contacting Greenflag (8.15 a,m) re my breakdown I was informed that mechanic would arrive by 9.33am. Few minutes later received text message confirming time. At 8.30am received phone call from mechanic apologising and informing me "running late" on asking him roughly what time he reckoned he would be with me he stated 9.00am. Driver arrived 9.05am. He was extremely helpful and polite. Changed my tyre and suggested I get the tyre sorted asap. I appreciated being kept informed of how long I would need to wait etc. Service received very professional very polite from the lady at the office to the mechanic Patrol GF164. Being kept informed on the progress was vey much appreciated.
