On 25th May I had cause to use Kavanagh Motor group. Phone was answered quickly and in a couple of minutes I knew what time someone would be to me. Was even faster than I was told and that was excellent. Joe arrived, sorted problem. He was kind, approachable and informative. I was beyond grateful. On Monday 27th I spoke to Noreen in the office. Again same nice, polite, friendly attitude. Want to thank Kavanagh Motor Group sincerely and would highly recommend them. Been in retail all my working life, I know how important customer service is.
