My car broke down on a Sunday morning in central London (flat tyre and clutch not working at the same time, you couldn't make it up) - I called my breakdown service, imagining hours of waiting, car towed away to some unknown destination, etc) - within twenty minutes, Luis from Kavanagh's appeared, changed my tyre and fixed my clutch and sent me on my way within about half an hour.
