I would like to say many sincere thanks to Engin for all the your help. No body plans for their car to break down so it is always an inconvenience in a busy schedule. A smiling face and cheerful demeanor are much appreciated in the circumstances! Engin did everything in his power to get the car back on the road, nothing was too much trouble. He was very nice, happy and very helpful, he was able to answers all the question asked and was willing to show me everything he did to get the car working. People can learn a lot from Engin approach and attitude to customers. Thank you very much for your help.
