Having never had to use my breakdown service, I contacted Greenflag today after a busy shift at the Hospital. Very helpful lady and had message before end of call to say on their way and time of estimated arrival. Before that time Rob the driver phoned me and was so reassuring and friendly I felt instantly better. Car in staff only parking and van had no access, this was no hurdle and my car was sorted quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. I’m not easily impressed , but Rob who turns out to be one of the Managers ,(not surprising), was brilliant, a credit to your company! Many thanks for saving a damsel in distress😊
