Called Greenflag for recovery and get passed to this group. 1st time given is 13;16, get a call at this time to be told well be another 30 minutes. 1:40 comes, I get another call saying we'll be 30 minutes. 2pm comes, I get another call we'll be another 30 minutes. ETA and phone service is terrible. Would not use again. No responsibility taken, explanation given or customer care. At this rate I could have walked to the local shops, got jump leads and been home for over an hour. Instead of being palmed off by continual 30 minute delays. Why not say you can't do the job so another company can take it, shocking service.
