Cris GF106 arrived at my home in Folkestone in good time to continue the recovery which had started the previous day as the repair garage was closed in the evening. Cris did a thorough check of the fuel tank and engine which would not start and kept me informed of everything he was doing. He tried very hard to start the engine but concluded it was likely to be a fuel pump failure. He then carefully put my car onto the tow rope and towed it about 3 miles to the repair garage. This whole process was difficult for him as there was no working engine so much pushing was required including parking at the garage on a slope without engine power. Chris explained the problem to me and completed a form for me that I could show to the garage. I am now waiting for the garage to complete the work. I am most grateful to Cris for his hard work.
