I broke down, the engine just refused to start. I called Green Flag and Paul K504 called me from Kavanagh, he told me how long he would be, arrived within that time frame. He located the problem, was kind and courteous and explained what needed to be done. He fitted a new battery and I was on my way. Full marks.
