My car broke down with 4 tired kids in it. It was cold and dark. I contacted green flag who work in collaboration with kavanagh group, The technician Lucas N019, vehicle T29KAV was assigned to us. Lucas was so patient, showed empathy for the kids. He attempted everything to make the car start so that it will be possible to leave the area and get the kids home safely. I must say that kavanagh have quite unique staff who are professionals and who know what they are doing. Lucas all of us including the kids say a huge thanks. Merry Christmas to you and God bless.
