Had a problem on M20 Sunday morning with engine symbol appearing on dashboard. Call centre operative was very helpful, noted I was a lone female driver, advised me to get out of the car and to stay behind crash barrier. Received texts from Kavanagh advising time of arrival of mechanic, mechanic's identity and their vehicle registration number. Mechanic arrived much earlier than advised, loaded car on trailer, drove to my local garage to drop car off and then drove me home. He was a lovely fellow, efficient, cheerful and very professional. I cannot fault the service received from Green Flag and Kavanagh Recovery. Would give a higher rating than 10 if I could and I really appreciate the care I received in a very stressful situation.
