The technician sent me a text to let me know that he was on his way which was really helpful. He was excellent, technically adept, polite and caring. I have had an accident and broken my hip, the weather was awful, the car was outside my house and although I can't walk well I can drive and I needed the car to attend a physio appointment.He was kind and told me to leave it to him and to go into the house, keep warm and he would sort the problem out and bring me back the keys, which he did. I can't thank him enough. I have only used the breakdown service twice and he was the technician both times. The last time I was in hopsital and my daughter called for assistance. It was the same technician.She also thought that he was great and has asked me to pass on her thanks too. Well done for providing a great service.
