We were generally pleased with the recovery of our vehicle after a puncture on 28th February. However, we do feel that instead of being given a time that was clearly impossible on the night we should have been given a genuine estimate for our recovery so that we could deal with it. Because of this it meant that we stayed nearly two extra hours in the cold, dark and windy night when we could have arranged to be taken home immediately. We are senior citizens. However we were impressed by the mechanic John gf107 who assisted us on Saturday 29th February.
