Terminal engine breakdown. KR238 turned up on time, updates were accurate and he was brilliant getting my car loaded, taken home and unloaded. Great customer service thank you Keith KR238.
Only reason not 5 Stars as 14 months ago with the same car I had an appalling service being made to wait 7 hours in a day then having to abandon the car to go home and return for the recovery the following day. Updates given were false and had to call to chase to get these. That was not the above driver.
